Coarse Octahedrite

What was earlier thought to be one find and two main masses is now felt to be two finds thus Gladstone 1

More work needs to be done to confirm this but that is a project on the backburner

Compare Gladstone 1 and 2 yourselves and perhaps venture an opinion re the above...

These are pictures of the sole remaining specimen (thinly cut and heavily oiled) at the Queensland Museum of a 14.5 cwt original specimen though I may be able to accession more from another source
